On this site you will be able to complete the Minnesota State High School league forms, find additional activity documents, pay activities and class fees.
STOP and READ: All athletes must have a current Minnesota State High School League Sports Physical form on-file with their schools AD Office before they can register on-line or participate in a practice. This system will not allow an athlete to register without the physical.

We have already created a Student Account Profile for you. To get started, you'll need to create a parent account, which will be unique to you. Your login will be connected to your account, and nobody else will see the information. First, click the soccer ball icon (above). The next step is to connect your student(s) to your account using their Student ID# and date of birth. You can find the Student ID# from the Parent Infinite Campus portal. Select the Soccer Ball above to get to the LOGIN page.
Once you've created your account, on future logins you only need to enter the email and password you seelcted when creating your account.
